    kuyawa jd ana dah.. elevator palng gni na dli nla ma check kng ok ba o dli..samot pa kaha mga rides....

    na kuyapan nman cguro ko ato kng ako ato....mas dako ila tubagunon jd kng naa nakuyapan ato...

    wala cguro cla ni care na ky nakta nman nla na ok ra mo..buanga noh....tsk tsk tsk

    first of all, what did you expect in return when you complained? free 4D movie? free buffet? free rides? free overnight stay? did you express this expectation to the manager when you talked to him? it appears the apology wasn't enough for you so i assume you wanted more.

    wat can u expect from a 3 or 4 star hotel.. poor customer service jd! maypa gihatagan nlng mu ug complimentary breakfast or gipa.ad2 nlng mu sa clinic..

    mao mn jd na sakto buhaton sa mga hotel.. dpat muhatag cla ug something sa guest pra sa hasul nhatag sa ila hotel..

    aw, known nmn sd nuon na sa mga hotel na bsta pinoy gni ang guest reklamador jd kaau na kai kbw mn cla na hatagan dayn ug free.. paet!

    stairs na lang agi next time para....safety first....but actually, very safe man na ang elevator, kon naa may accident, mostly mga technicians nga mag repair, install maintenace, mao na kasagaran, basta naa lang ka sa sulod safe ra jud, gawas kon bombahan ang building wa na jud nay safe
