Depende ra na sa contract bro. Dili man cguro pareha ug contract tanan company. If wala gi state didto nga wala kay penalty, in amount ba or padutihon paka for pila ka days then ok ra mo resign then say bye2x.

bai post kuno ang contract deri hhehehe.. atung reviewhon... omit lang name sa company, address, contact etc.. hehehe.. para klaro ba..

hahaha.. if hadlok ka.. e-pm nako.. ako review.. review2x ra gud hehehe..

anyway, if project contract rana nga date, salary & project scope ray gisulat... ok ra na resignan.. pero if naay mga clauses nga u can't leave the company within 2 years and if so mo leave ka you will be asked to paid in full sa mga nagasto sa company nimo ---- usually sa training ni nga mahalon kono gi provide sa company para sa mga employees--- but if wala ka gipadala ug training bisan asa in no way can your contract stipulate this.
