I dont find qualfon sucky. Why would you say that its sucky just bcuz he pay is late doesnt mean it sucks na. Come on, you still get paid naman eh. I LOLD


And come on, and pay sa qualfon kay ok ra man. Its an easy job naman eh. You just need to read the script.

u have to try each company before mo mka compare sa duha...ayaw lng mo pg salig sa mga storya sa tao, try it and then decide for yourself which is better from the 2 company you guys mentioned.

i've been using 1and1 web hosting and daghan kaayo problems na ila web hosting services, maka imagine lang ko sa complaints sa mga foreigners..

ang kana guro nahawa sa qual k na EOC (end of contract) cguro na cla k na ngamote sa scorecard...haha...btw its up to u kng unsaon nmo pg handle sa imo work...

ako nabantayan sa amoa sweldo k late xa f ma timing nga monday ang release date...bt i knw y dugay f monday k day before ana is non working day bya...so sabton nlng na na2 nga dli ang company ga hold sa imo salary kng dli ang banko mismo...

exactly the same reason why other people don't like it. Companies that give out salaries late are companies that don't have a good system. Dili man ang name sa company ni suck... ang system nga gigamit sa company. cheers.

@all I remember a phrase I used to say when I wanted to leave my company. If you're leaving you'd hate them... if you're new you'll love them!

love your work but not your company, because you'll never know... the company might stop loving you...

1and1 is ok if your an IT grad kay ma hanas ka when it comes to web dev

i don't know karn if sayon ba sudlon kay before pag apply nako sayon raman to, karn wla nako kahibaw sa ila hiring process
this is not BPO thingy but an offshore company and HQ is in UK but most clients are from US
as what i have experienced in 1and1, i've been with them for two years, ok raman xa and naka bati kay agn sweldo jud. gamay raman jud xa. and i have heard from friends na mao raman ghapon wla mi increase. kung pla to agn starting pagsulod nako kay mao ghapon karn. if wla pa ko ni resign kay 3 years na ta ko didto. wla pud cla increase (i forgot kung unsa to ang term ana) miski pla naka ka years didto nag stay.

all in all ok raman ang 1and1. trabaho ka lang jud

i totally agree with zero_cool, nindot xa himoon na training ground for fresh grads. you will learn a lot of technical stuff from this company, if interested pod ka mo learn.

hahaha... sakto dyud ka sir... the bank is the one who releases the ATM pay. wala na dyud hold ang companies ana... coz if huna2xon lang some people get their salaries ahead of time while others are late... meaning banko na ang ga hold sa salaries during pay outs...

i believe qualfon has improved its pay out system. better be updated please.

not all those who leave a company hates the company... coz others leave because of good opportunities/better pay leaving with no regrets.

and yeah... your right... love your work and not the company, but not hate the company... it feels great having a positive mind set.

what's the good thing about:

Qualfon: is relax ra daw ang job, and scripted ra tanan.
1 & 1: you'll learn a lot of technical stuff...
