Yup, Nina is bi-eyed. She looks kind of funny in this photo (like a drunk puppy) cos it
was taken in bright sunlight thus gamay iyaha pupil. hehehe! Nina has a very pretty face
and nice pud ug color (splash of white on her black back). I like her forehead too because the stop is well defined.

SIBERIAN HUSKY TIPS

Dili man high-maintenance ang husky. If you're worried that kailangan naka aircon sila, dili required or kailangan naay aircon.

Ok ra sa gawas siya ibutang because they can adapt in warmer climates. Just like with any animal as long as they are fed properly and given clean water without being in the hot outdoors, they will be ok.

Kailangan naay adequate shade ang cage and dili mai-igo sa sun. Give them lots of clean & fresh water. During hot days, pwede ra ka magpagawas ug electric fan or put ice cubes in their water bowl.


They need exercise. Walk them early morning or late afternoons or evening.

Give them a cool spot to lie in the shade or indoors. Maayo ni sila sa tiled or smooth cemented floors.

They need very little grooming. No trimming or shaving of hair is required or recommended. Just occasional brushing to remove dead hair and keep the coat fresh and shiny. Dili sila kailangan paliguan pirmi because limpyado ni nga iro.

Ganahan ni sila mu langoy or duwa sa tubig sa hose para ma cool off ilaha lawas. I don't know about the other owners, but my huskies don't smell bad at all even if dugay namo sila di paliguan. (because we brush them all the time & nag cge ligo sa amuang gamay nga fishpond, hehe!).

Do not shave the huskies (thinking nga nainitan sila) as their double coat insulates them against the heat as well as the cold. The more you brush, the cooler they will feel since you take out the dead furs.

Huskies like company since they are pack dogs. They will be less lonely if naa sila kauban other dogs or human beings hehe!

Huskies are VERY good and gentle with children. They have nice temperament and they make populat family pets. VERY AFFECTIONATE.

Dili ni sila guard dogs so don't get a husky thinking that they will protect you and your house just because they look a little mean with their mask/color. They usually cannot distinguish the good and bad people.

Huskies are escape artists by nature so make sure secured ilahang cage or living area. If you're going to tie them on a leash, use the chained ones because they can chew on the cloth/braided leashes.

They are intelligent & can be amusingly mischievous. Sipat ra bi ni sila (like any other puppy). These puppies wrecked my vegetable garden and tore down a small banana plant like a punching bag if I put them in the cage for too long. It's their nature to dig.

Kung bored sila, theyy can become quite mischievous, inventive, and destructive. Because working dog sila, they need something to do para ma challenge ilaha intelligence and naay outlet ilahang energy. So please let them run around to exercise and have the time to play and train them.

As early as a puppy, dapat ipa feel na nimo ikaw ang pack leader. I made the outline above so you'll know if this breed is for you or not.
