No, you cannot use just ANY debit card. BDO does NOT work. I have BDO too (beside Unionbank EON which I use with paypal), and it does NOT work at all.

since, debit card,credit card and etc... man ang g storya-an dri...how would we know f scam ba na nga website..m trying to purchase online ,,pro confuse q f tinuod ba kha to or di..anyone knows g suwat didto that i can pay through paypal without any charge...i need your opinion guys

Ang ako ra nahibaw-an nga makaverify sa Paypal kay EON and e-Wallet. If di ka ganahan sa EON kay guba-on, adto ka sa e-Wallet, ang problema lang naa man na maintaining balance nga P10,000 gud. Wala lang annual fee hehe.

You should not buy just from any site which offer paypal...
Review the site first, get the opinion of other buyers etc.
Use well known sites for your online purchase

bro, after getting my EON card, nag deposit dayun ko ug 1000 sa ako EON. next day ana, ako dayun gi verify ako paypal, na verify ra dayun. ^_^

ang e-wallet kay murag dako mn sad siguro ug requirements... :P
