    EON is not free, there is a P350 annual fee. 2 valid ID's as a requirement. I get mine 5 working days after applying plus 48 hrs activation.

    Not correct. The annual fee is not for the EON card, but for Visa itself, thats the VISA fee everybody pay for any kind of visa card (credit or debit).

    EON itself IS free, and no minimum balance is needed to maintain the account.

    I agree about unionbank plus 3 banking days lang sulod dayon ang imo funds na gi transfer from paypal to union... the best gyd,..

    ...hmmm..but...e-wallet has also a visa logo but there's no annual VISA fee for it. W/c is w/c?
