mura OT naman ne... but try naku ug answer...

    options:

    1. pa-abangan nimo ang yuta
    2. construct ka og bldg, then moha ang yuta.. ipa-lease ang commercial spaces be sure ang place asa mo properties duol2x pud tawo para dghan sa mu-abang
    3. develop like apartments for rent
    4. tanom og mangga or fruits? hmmm, i doubt it kay especially la kay knowledge on the how to's

na-a may depreciation ang bldg every year... mo depreciate man jud na sya... usually ang lease term basta sila mo develop around 10-20 years mana sya...

but come to think of it, dawat ra gud ka limpyo ana db? walay labad sa ulo mo ha rent ra sa yuta... di man sad made of light materials ang bldg for sure quality jud kay unsaon kung 20 years ang term ayaw ko ingna hugno dayun then buhat nasad lain bldg ang mo rent?

anyways-- regarding sa thirsty topic here... mura saturated man jud ang market sa city especially sa malls i agree one of the istoryans here na adto sa province not in the city proper.. problema lang pud ang mu palit...
