    Try Meal Replacement Therapy. U dont have to eat, just drink the product. It will lessen ur hunger pangs and make u lose weight.

    shangri-la mactan boss..5-star hotel..yup buffet, free breakfast, lunch ug dinner..at least 5million per month ang budget sa food sa mga employee..puro meat, seafoods, vegetables, etc..sa breakfast kay hotdogs, eggs, corned beef, bulad hehehe..naa sad midnight snack

    hehehe less rice kailangan sakto ra imong gi kaon bisan onsa na maka-on di na sad mag cge og desert og mga soft drinks kanang mga chocolate etc onya pede sad ka mag exercise kung free time ka or mag gym

    Mao sad na akong diet karun.. I eat oats during breakfast, rice during lunch ( 1 cup + veggies (otan bisaya nummies! )) and before 6 pm believe it or not nesvita and skyflakes ra akong pina ka dinner plus lots of water and don't eat after 6 pm onwards, if gutom gihpon or you can't help it just eat lang pero small amount of food lang... hehehe.. its hard at first maybe the 1st 2 weeks or so because your body starts to react your diet... it works for me and I loose weight jud in a couple of months and I'm maintaining my diet... plus exercise also will help you decrease your weight
