Mao sad na akong diet karun.. I eat oats during breakfast, rice during lunch ( 1 cup + veggies (otan bisaya nummies! )) and before 6 pm believe it or not nesvita and skyflakes ra akong pina ka dinner plus lots of water and don't eat after 6 pm onwards, if gutom gihpon or you can't help it just eat lang pero small amount of food lang... hehehe.. its hard at first maybe the 1st 2 weeks or so because your body starts to react your diet...it works for me and I loose weight jud in a couple of months and I'm maintaining my diet...
plus exercise also will help you decrease your weight
