a week is a very short time for a REAL goal... 10-20lbs yhea.. i've heard of those stories.. pero i don't really see the result..
para nko engage into sports... i do biking..running/jogging...
my suggestion would be to eat slow and don't put too much food on your plate..........
kay tendency gud if you eat fast, gana kaayo imo kaon so naturally daghan jud ka ma kaon...nindot pud ni xa na trick na d kaayo daghan ibutang nimo sa plate kay naa jud tendency na d naka ganahan mo dungag pa.....basta just put enough food......
i don't say na 100% effective ni xa but it has its results................
i agree with fairksin2's idea.. sports tranning is very hardcore...
dri sa ako g trabahuan naa mn mi gym, kumpleto sad lyk treadmill, bicycle, weights, etc..libre pa jud & aircon pa..pro sus d ghapon mapugngan ang kaon..eat-all-you-can mn gd dri..buffet..d mapugngan labi na f gutom kau tungod sa work..hahayss
