Nakabantay mu lately that CITOM personnel are manning the road at wee hours in the morning? I usually leave for home padung work at around 4am, I have observed lately na naa CITOM manakop diha dapit sa SIT sa South Highway na manakop kung beating the red light.

kung mingaw na ang karsada dapat "four way stop" or "blinking red lights" na ang intersections.
kitang mga motorists pud unta, if intersection, full stop pud unta ta then proceed with caution...STOP LOOK and LISTEN ba. hehehe

kasuway ko ani bai... bag.o rajd.. pag sabado...usually mu lahos rman jd ko ana dapita kay mingaw2(100x) man jd... nya nakalitan lang ko nga naaay ni flash nga suga gkan sa kanang lighter nga ga signal... citom diay toh dala padaplin kay bulhot rman ko.. wa nako ni bother ug hunong oi.. hahahaha... ingat lang jd tah ana dha dapita... hahaha... mga 12:30 am toh..

CITOM or with NO CITOM , if RED, di guyd ta mo lahos bisan unsa pa na siya kamingaw . DIli rason ang mingaw na dakpon ta ug CITOM , that is probable cause . Its a TRAFFIC VIOLATION .

mao nga if mingaw na...blinking lights dapat...para ang mga driver dili ma bored ug hinulat nga mo GREEN bisan mingaw na kaayo. Everybody should STOP though...verify, then proceed with CAUTION. Originally Posted by tuWaD!!!

To be honest, stopping for a red light for a minute or so in the middle of the night, when obviously you are alone on all corners, makes me feel stupid.
