hi! i'm a newbie here! i hope to improve on my photography by receiving comments and critiques from you guys.

this is one of my latest pictures. i took this at SM's supermarket using my konica minolta point and shoot. i used the macro mode and auto white balance (i think).

so what do you guys think?

by the way, i'd like to join a club for photography enthusiasts like me. i heard of the club called SHUTTER 8. are there any members here? please inform me how to join this club. thanks!

regarding shutter 8, last time i heard (two saturdays ago in a meeting with images club) its already disolved or not active anymore...i dunno how true this is...but ill try to confirm it for you

i was thinking....yes, as painful as it is, i try to do it once in a while...hehehe

anyway, why don't we give photo assignments and post them here. say every 2-3 weeks or so. instead of aimlessly wandering around looking for something to shoot, with assignments we focus our efforts on getting the assignment done and using our creativity.

what do you think?
