I have memory problems on my PC.. Nid Expert advice..

When running PC Mark 04 and when it reached the Memory Test it will just suddenly crash and after the Massive Overdraw test from Aquamark 3 it a prompt would appear saying cannot write Physical Address blah blah.. Now when I'm using Single Channel mode everythings fine it all passed the test and Bechmarks. I tested each ram and it works fine. I did the memtest86 provided by the BIOS it all passed for 3hrs with Dual Channel mode. Prime95 it for 8hrs it all passed. I flash my BIOS to the newest version b'coz the guys from DFI told me so.. btw, my RAM timings is 2-2-2-5@2.8v.. what do you think is the problem??

hes using TASK 550.... and how come it works fine with other applications.

whats your mem speed? have you tried installing it in dual channel mode with the second pair of ram slots? and yes bh5s likes high voltages.
