BAttlefield 2 naa koy ka post later. Singapore server .. ping averages 60-80 for PLDT users
CounterStrike Source: you need serverscout- download at pldtplay.com, ping for PLDT users usually 7~20

pwede kaha ta mag request/petition sa EA nga PLDT mag host ug ranked servers?

by the way.. unsa nga BF2 imo pangita? ranked?

heh, I doubt that EA is going to let PLDT host ranked servers if they continue to allow CS: Source downloads off their website.

I'm not too sure, but I think all ranked servers are directly controlled by EA, but unranked servers allow users to use their profiles on ranked servers without being ranked.

not all ranked servers are controlled by EA. there are a lot ranked servers out there ran by ISP's, one of EA's main qualification is that the host must be trusted and secure. Some gaming communities have ranked servers. tacticalgamer.com for example has 2 ranked servers. EA also has requrements for commercial game hosts, i think they have to host 1 free server for every 10 servers that they lease.

neweys.. i know that might be asking too much but heck .. i emailed EA anyway hehehe .. lets see what their reaction is.

BTW here's two low ping singapore servers: (you get kicked if you have higher than 250 ping)
EASG@paGn(1a) 40p Ranked [203.81.44.147:29900] 40 players -- usually full
EASG@paGn(2a) 64p Ranked [203.81.44.148:29900] 64 players -- usually empty--you usually have to start the ball rolling here.. be patient and probably wait about 20-30 mins practicing with other players before the game starts.

two servers from tacticalgamer.com is worth noting as they have additional modifications on the gameplay which really promotes teamwork -- you can only attack one flag at a time, attacking other flags does no good. -- sayang lang kay taas ping ~250 but still playable.

ok ra.. around 40-60 ping i think. dunno if there are people playing on their BF2 servers though. before pirmi puno.. karon daghan na namalit orig.. wala na kaayoy tig dula sa mga unranked servers. if nahan mo pag set mo time aron mag abot ta ninyo didto tanan.

PLdt BF2 server got killed cause no one played on the unranked server, for bf2 your only real options are the thai, singaporean or the japanese servers if yer playing from the phils.

hmm moba? tsk tsk tsk too bad. some of these asian servers are unstable, kalit lang ka ka dc, inig balik nimo gamay na pod tawo.. meaning ang server ang ni crash toink.

the Singapore (Pagnet server) and the official EA japan servers are quite stable... if i lost my connection , then only because of PLDT, or are you talking about the fact that the Jap servers restart at 3am and 3pm japanese time?
