its not that easy... seriously it isnt.. esp na kung ang reason kay "***"....kung magkuyog mo, you cant stop yourself from thinking na blah blah blah... and most esp when you are having ***.. sa part sa guy lang ha..

What triggers this recollections? i dont know. i just suddenly think of it, and when i do, i get depressed, irritated, angry... basically, my mood goes down hill.

By the way, she is still my current GF... it's just that when i think of it, the feeling of hatred and betrayal comes back... it's like going to hell and back... i'm sick of it. i think i need to take Prozac or Efexor or any antidepressant. these kinds of thoughts sends me straight to hell...

Hmmm... I'm no physiatrist/phychotherapist (but been a patient of some...), one common thing that the've told me is that it helps to talk about your feelings with someone you trust. It doesn't have to be your GF. Basta someone you can trust who will listen...
In my case, it was my close friend (who at the same time was my girlfriend and now is my wife)...

I felt that when I bottled up my feelings, I made me think more and more about it until it consumed me. Let some of your feelings out... Talk to someone heart to heart.

it's definitely hard to forget .........but charge it to experience ....... what's done is done...

Currently GF nimo sya? Lisura ana bai oi especially sa ato mga lalaki! for me siguro makigbulag na lang ko pero ask urself if she is really worth it, if the feeling of love is really that strong then forgetting the thing she did would somehow be easy. Are you willing to wait for the time na makalimot ka ato? Talk about it time and time again with HER. Ask her jud always if wala naba jud to muAssure man na sya saimo na wala najud if wala najud. Hope lang ta na it will help somehow.
