all these talk re dreads ive noticed that most people have become
superficially judgemental.i hope the direction of this thread would
digress into a different path, something more transcending, not ending

ako id rather stick with the political implications of wearing locks... its a way of countering the western set of values which is not really good for us Filipinos. getz?

I think people should leave dreads to people who are REAL rastafarians, and not just to look cool. It's a very cultural, even religious thing for a lot of people and no one should use it as a fashion statement or to look cool. That's just my humble opinion.
