regarding your question. Bro, its's retail gross sales. 3% of the retail gross sales will be given to all members who purchase the package worth P35,600. There's a but, the company will not give the P40,000 in bulk, it will be given every month until you receive the total P40,000.

Example bro.
if the Gross Retail sales of the company is P 5M in the current month, then the 3% of it is P150,000. then it will be divided to all members who purchase the package worth of P35,600. If the total members who purchase the package is 100, they have P1,500/each on the current month until the maximum/P40,000.
