take note, a lot of them ky double blade na. the employers actually pay them to look for RNs and they ask from the RNs for fees which should have not been the case.

here are somethings to put in your mind b4 listening or deciding to affix ur signature with them, ky naa mo for sure binding agreement ana sa agency that is totally different sa employer.

    here as ff:

    1. make sure they are registered sa POEA

    2. ask them if they are just considered as head hunters by their clients (hospitals) abroad to look for RNs and the contract u will sign for the employer will state that u are directly hired by the hospital mismo. meaning dawat ka paycheck and benefits sa hospital gikan ug d sa agency. bisan gigamit ra agency pag pangita ug applicants but they will not be connected to u anymore the moment ma-endorsed naka sa hospital. take note, kung na belong mo sa manpower pooling sa agency and sila inyo employer then u dont have the same benefits as other nurses who have been working in that hospital. plus, kaltasado pa inyo paycheck!

    3. ask names of hospitals/facilities na clients nila like kung asa ka nila ipa-interview. usually, ang hospital mo set ani nila ug date and time. now, do ur research without telling them. look for the hospital website or know their address pra maka email ka or communicate with them directly sa mga nurse recruitment specialist nila and can ask them if kana na agency is contratado nila ba gyud. u can mention to the hospital too that they have been asking placement fees....kung mo palag gani sila, then u have ur answer.

this u will do before mo affix ka ug agreement nila ha....pls! sa mga RNs, bisan sa kalisod karon na panahon, makasabot ko sa intentions ninyo BUT ayaw mo pagdali bisan gusto na kau ninyo ky magpangabali ra mo sa katapusan. daghan ilad labi na ang agency makabaw na human2x or pasar na mo sa international qualifications! gamita inyong edukasyon na di mo madala sa ilad....

during my time, ako naningkamot sa akong papers and knowing my employer first! my situation myt not be the same as anyone pero wa nako gisalig tanan sa agency. i was directly hired!

as of today, most hospitals or facilities will only petition RNs for a working permit and not the immigrant kind. in this regard, u need to have a vast experience as staff RN or in a specialty area. tungod ni sa recession sad.

all hospitals dri ron ky cost cutting so it myt take time. try NZ and Australia even with the recession, dato na sila na country less ang international debts ana nila. they still are looking for nurses. infact, they are even better than USA. if only i knew before....i cud have been with my mom now

OT: wa ta ko problema bb sitting and d ta stressful amo life dri compared to australia.
