I think the price is reasonable. Purebreed tzus usually cost 7k for males and 9k for females. If the seller is selling quality and healthy pups I think its ok. In Manila , known breeders usually sell their tzus at same price as well. There might be tzu pups priced at 5k and that's a good deal but better to consider the quality of the pup. The lowest price is not always the best price when it comes to buying a pup.
