    Minuano27, some of those shots didn't happen on one click pre... hehe.. most of them required a fair amount of patience and perseverance. I have a shot of a butterfly playing with its proboscis... I'll post it soon. ^_^

    With animals, moving slowly helps... you should not make them feel threatened... getting it done isn't as easy as saying it though

    Beor- they just don't like me, pre...heheheheheh...those shots were in the zoo, and after they turned around, i waited for them to turn back but dili gyud...and to think na-anad na unta na sila kay they're residents of a zoo! heheheheh....

    but yeah, patience gyud pre...unfortunately, my kids ran out of patience so we had to move to somewhere else na....

    @BEOR, Minuano27
    That's the photographers challenge to take a wonderful shot for such creature. Patience jud.
    Beor, you did great most of your insect shots. very fine details. How did you make it happen?

    Most of my underwater shots also, my subject just turns away from me.
    I have to move very slow just to make them comfortable.
    My macro shot with the sting ray is one of my unforgettable experience in photography.

    I was taking a macro shot of the EYE just about a few inches away when suddenly another sting ray entered their little cave.
    Almost hitting my camera. Gosh i felt it very close to my arm.
    Still I continued shooting in a safer distance this time.

    ahehee, taking photo of oil rigs here is prohibited.. its a stolen shot from far away while leaving the rig. But it would be nicer to get a bigger sun in the backgorund. I hope one afternoon, we can capture the moment.

    @Twinjet- pre, maybe you can try for a sunset shot without any oil rigs? if that's possible, of course, in where you're based....

    hmmm... plain luck and perserverance lang boss... ^_^ of course as I took pics I learned new ways on achieving the angles and focus that I want... the external flash diffuser also helped a lot...
