You need a strategic location besides of the capital. that basically determines the survivability of the cafe.

*always take good care of your clients and your relationship. remember, they are the ones who is feeding your business. remind them nicely for whatever they have done that you deem is incorrect within the area.

*if possible, do not try to regard your daily returns from your cafe as part of your "dispensable" budget. returns should be closely monitored.

*brace yourself for 6 months.

The better question would be who provides the best service (i.e. least downtimes, quick repair if there's a problem at their end, etc.). In most cases, mas better ang service sa isa ka provider while they suck in another area.

What if barato pero sige ka-putol-putol ang connection? You're customers would be very pissed off (especially online gamers) (This is from experience).

Depende na man gud sa area... Try lang sa usa tanaw or interview how the other internet cafes are doing in your area and what service provider they're using...

depende sa area ang DSL provider... there are areas nga bati ang myDSL but best for glines broadband.. and there areas pud nga hinay kaayo ang globe...

ask ask lang sa mga dsl connected nga mga silingan sa nimo... also consider the place where you want to put your cafe up..

how many sets of PC do you have and how much was the cost of the electricity? average per month?
