ordinary lang bro...just to route all call from 3 lines to the operator and operator forwards calls to locals...

ok. consider wes automation. If you go for panasonic then KXTA308 will do.

call St. Raymund Trading and inquire about their Seimens Hicom 112. A bit expesive compared to other PABX systems out there but certainly very good quality. I used to work there 3-4 years ago for my DTS.
