The city is degrading, the roads and traffic is worse, what they are doing is curing...they are not anticipating, kung sa health pana..pa bakuna...mangandam. Public Service is a Public Trust. Tomas has been very authoritarian and abusive . And since Rama is his puppet, then Rama would follow what the master wishes...I hope not!

Projects done in the city are not helpful...wala gyuy public service karon...the current administration are not effective in their administration.
