During his visit to Iraq, George W. Bush was intrigued by a new telephone which was capable of connecting Iraq with Hell.

He spoke briefly with the Devil, and the call cost him 30 cents.

When he came back home , he found out that this same service was now available in the USA also.

Again he spoke to the Devil but this time he received a bill for $ 15,000.

George W. was distressed. ‘’How come?’’ he complained, ‘’that the same call only cost me 30 cents in the Iraq?’’

‘’Well,’’ replied the operator. ‘’ Over there it is a local call.’’
