what do you mean bay php admin? by it do you mean the administration of webservers running php or programming with the php language.

If you mean administration then you have to learn it yourself through experiments and running the actual servers themselves, reading books & e-books, there are a lot of good sources out there. On the other hand if you want programming, if you have any experience in programming then it wouldn't be a problem there are a lot of tutorials on the web.
