You could try to find items that are made of this material and then seek out those companies.

Since certain shoes are made out of them, try to find a local/within Philippines company that actually produces them and perhaps try to strike a negotiation with them.

I did I posted here after a day of searching CDO. The one shop that has it has closed for Christmas party. I'll get it from them so that I can make the prototype over vacation. I need to know where it is in Cebu though, so that I can work on it after vacation.
