try minimal chewing on food then swallow. lotsa RICE, JUNK FOOD, HIGH SALT CONTENT FOOD, POTATO CHIPZ, NO EXERCISE

i use to weigh 43.5kgs., now i'm 47kgs..which is somehwat ideal for me bec. 5'3" raman ko...bfore, gaining weight was a major problem on my part..what i did, i took Propan with Iron (a friend of mine suggested this) and so far, maganahan jud ko ug kaon while taking that pill..it costs around 20php..also, exercise does help bec. after exercise you feel tired and hungry..you'd want to eat something nd sleep afterwards...sleep a lot too, drinks a lot of milk, avoid junkfoods (bec. u don't need those cholesterol just to appear fat) and avoid delaying your meals..and if nothing happens, come montherhood stage, for sure wou will gain a lot of weight after giving birth, ehehe
If ur lifestyl is so unorganiz then try to organiz it..if it works then live a normal lifestyl
Kaon taman sa ginhawa bai!!! :mrgreen: i mean dont mis meals kay mao jud na makadaot ky mawala imo gana sa pagkaon..if naa tym u feel hungry eat daun!! mao na ako advice ky effective kaau na nako pariha pud ta situation sa una..
try taking multi-vitamin kirkland.......try taking it before meal so that u hav some boost up for eating more........
