I am going to start up my own company, under my name or my husband.

So its gonna be sole proprietorship.

I am a very busy person and can't hurdle the hassle for dti, BIR, mayor's permit etc.

I think ma process mani nimu, kay dali ra man ni, depend sa type sa imong business, kay as long as dili mag involve og food, dali ra ang processing. Unya ang imu sad location. I've heard nga ang Lapu-lapu city is ang pinaka pas-pas mu release og business permit.
