    hmmm.. for the first qualification: TRY assessing yourself if youll pass under skilled worker category. and the processing times sucks.

    So basically, if you have a tita in canada, she cannot help you that much other than the points you will under Adaptability. Since Sponsorship is limited under direct family lang and I bet you are over 22 and has stop schooling na so she cannot sponsor you.
