asa ta kakuha aning computer glasses?.. special type of glass ba ni... sad to say mao pud ni akoa.... my work is in comp...

hala pareha jd tag mafeel usahay, ana jd bsta mglabad ako ulo ang base sa head or luyo sa neck ang lami pahiloton.. pati backpains, kana init etc..

same problem as mine,monthly attacks and saw some sudden aura or doubling of image when its worse,i hate lights and noise,i always stayed inside a dim room for some comfort ing-ana kahasol ako headache,went to a neurologist and it was ruled as migraine and just a pop of his prescribed pill its all gone with some list of food to avoid that triggers my M...so go now and see a specialist for your own comfort.

yup! drink water bro.. sometimes too much expose sa computer makadehydrate and then labad imo ulo.. take a break and then drink water to refresh yourself..
