Suzuki Swift 1.5L and Toyota Yaris 1.5L are close / similar in price around P700t to P755t. The new Jazz 1.5L is much expensive priced at P800t.
The Swift, Yaris, and Jazz are expensive for a sub-compact since it is catered to higher-end market unlike the Kia Picanto and Suzuki Alto which are priced around P300t to P400t for a sub-compact. If you have a family then buy something else. If your single, then either of these sub-compacts are nice since they provide excellent FC, and its easy to drive and maneuver cebu's traffic.
I don't know the exact FC for the manual but the automatic achieves easily a FC of 12km/L in city driving(ideal driving, no rush) and around 16km/L in highway. If you drive like a race car driver every minute you have a chance to speed up on the road, it can reach a FC of 8km/L in city driving.
Expect the manual to have much better FC than automatic.
Either which car you decide: The swift, yaris, jazz are excellent rides.
thnx edu
sa suzuki alto and suzuki swift, both being the same sub-compact cars,
unsa ilang kalahian?
i think the swift being a little bigger is obvious pero
aside from that why man mahal ang swift sa alto na pareha raman unta sila nga gamai?
madmike is right. The swift is more luxurious than the Alto. Also, the ride quality (comfort) of the Swift is much nicer compared to cheaper sub-compacts such as the Picanto and Alto.
No offense to alto owners but the alto that is sold here in the philippines is just a rebadge indian car (maruti) that's why its cheaper-the good thing.
