Ok i know why my rank doesn't gro but mr prob is i can't send pm or recieve pm????

check your profile. maybe it has been set to "Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators"

go to profile, then settings and options, then edit options, then private messaging

uncheck the box that says "Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators"
