ahem. i smell insurance fraud. aren't these services supposed to have their money insured to some extent? hmm....

even if the money isn't returned the owner could stand to probably earn more out of the loss.

also, money going to the poor can be declared as a "donation" and therefore is a tax shield. imagine how much of a shield that would be with the loss of 1.9mil unrecoverable?
