Yup, that's true. Diabetics need to be careful though kung mag exercise, use caution with regards to type, duration and intensity of the exercise. Diabetics are prone to drastic drops in blood sugar kung masobrahan gani exercise. Kinahanglan magbawon ug glucose tablets. And a glucagon kit, just in case.
