I come from a family where there are a lot of old maids. I am inspired by them. They are all successful and happy with their "single-blessedness". They fend for themselves, they earn their own keep. They survive on their own terms. They don't rely on a man to take care of them.

    hehehehehehe....

actually we cant make decisions for others,.... for those who were very busy on their lives and enjoyed their career maybe they still have lot of things to do in life....

for those who are worried with their status in relation to their age then maybe thy re just worried that they will be passed by time.

regret always comes later in life..

pride sometimes mantled to hide transparent things....

being practical sometimes has lead in decisions that we think its best for us realizing late on its impracticality....

there are needs that are being neglected to think on our individual wants.....we worried for future and we forget the time......we realize things when we woke up one morning looking at the mirror with lines on our faces...

    hehehehehehe life is so short

Okay I have a say on this since I am 32 and single. By old standards, I should have been married for xx years and got 2.5 kids.

i bullet style nalang ni nato beh kay kapoy suwat paragraphs:

    - not all women have very strong maternal instincts. okay ra naay anak okay ra pod wala.
    - if we decide to have babies, we usually think health is more of a significant factor than age, and young age doesnt necessarily mean healthy.
    - we usually think marriage is overrated . haha
    - di mi mahadlok og edad, period. hehe
    - and here's the best part: happiness is not exclusive to one status.

kana lang sa...wa pa kaayu ni gana akong utok kay bag-o pa ko mata. hehe

Agree kaayo ko anang "not all women have very strong maternal instincts", and to that I add: not all married women have strong maternal instincts. As hard as it is to believe, some couples actually get married with the thoughts of perpetuating the specie NOT at the top of their list.
