i think its one of those movies where you'd rather read the book than its film adaptation.

yes I agree; after the movie I'd rather read the book but i haven't and im not sure if i will

i saw the movie.. k lng.. kilig kaayo ang mga young-at-hearts!

the film is not really faithful to the book (whether in the clothes they wore, the settings in which they said their lines, as well as some details and dialogue) but despite that, it was an okay movie...
