In the International arena Philippine schools/universities are just like small fishes in the pond as compare to the Great Sharks of America, Europe and to our Asian neaghbors... and even in some African Countries

1.Lesser Appropriation in Education (GDP/National Budget)
2.Lack of Basic Education(in International Standard you can only have your highschool diploma as roughly as 17-18 years old)
    3.Brain Drain of qualified teachers/instructors
4.Student to Teacher ratio(most public schools or even private have roughly as 50 or 40 students to a single teacher)
5.Lack of International Linkages (in most Universities/Tertiary Schools here in Cebu) for an internationalization of Baccalaureate Program, Faculty Exchange, and Research partnerships
    6. Scarce number of PhD's and Masters of Science (Degree) in most schools

CHED seriously needs to revamp our educational standards otherwise we will be left behind especially by those african countries....

Im just trying keep the ball rolling without bashing any schools here in CEBU CITY hopefully dili ni mahimong gubot kai Infarctions gyuy labas...
