if you want a cheap beach venue with white sand and a place near the city, why don't you try Portofino? i think they also cater for events and 6 months ago, they charged P200/pax inclusive of lunch, use of facilities, entrance...

can you recommend a good venue for a Christmas party?
less than 30 people. must be within the city (cebu - duh!).

budget is about 200 to 300 per person. (including food/drinks and venue)
