Hi guyz! I just would like to know what are the questions or things being discussed in an exit interview. Naa pud ba mo'y masuggest na nindot na tubag ana? Murag kakita na man ko na naa nay nagpost kaso di na nako makita asa na to. hehe! Tabang lang ko ninyo. TY!

sayon ra man ang mga questions sis. mainly, why nihawa ka sa company & what are your recommendations for the company to avoid resignation.

...usually exit interviews are done by the company to identify areas of improvement para nila...most of the questions will be why you decided to leave the company? do you have any suggestions how we can be better? what are the things you liked and did not like working with us? etc etc

normally sad ang interviewee should be careful not to burn bridges and really just make a graceful exit....the usual answer given is "better career opportunity etc etc"...dili sad jud mo ingon nga "kay bati man ayo ang inyo company" he he he

atik2x pag interview para maka join sa company...hasta pag gawas atik lang gihapon...way kahumanan nga atikay ni....the cycle repeats...mao most of the time useless exercise....
