i want to try this also... ang san diego kay na man daw workshop for belly dancing, la pa lang ko ka ask for details. i have their number somewhere, pero pangitaonn pa hinuon

belly dancing is very effective especially if you want to loose some fat on the tummy and kilid.. you have to follow jud the instructions kay if not, its useless. it is sexy also.. but the best part that i love is that you can do it at the comforts of your room without having to think if luod ba ka tanawon or what.. hehehe.. but here in manila, people who do belly dancing don;t cae of thier body figure.. belly dancing also teaches you how to feel sexy from the inside and appreciate your body..
