I need advice for this big PC problem!

Actually this problem is not mine PC ni sa akong bro inlaw then ang iyang PC kay 2 years old na cguro yata..then working great that time..pero sukad ni abot ang kilat last week saturday sa cebu city naguba iyang PC abi nako minor prob lang pag check nako kay di man jud simple lang ang prob when I turn the power ON kay mo tuyok diretso ang PROCESSOR FAN then OFF. Ang LED sad sa mobo mo ON cya then mo tuyok ang Processor HSF ug kad**** then OFF no display at all no post etc.. just like that. Pero if di nako i tarong ug taud ang EATXPower sa mobo luagan nako bah kay mo spin ug tuyok ang fan sa HSF sa processor pero ang LED sa mobo kay ASUS man...mo blink blink cya...

Mao ni nga test akong gi buhat akong gi pagawas ang mobo sa casing then test it together sa PSU and attached Processor w/ memory, ako sad gi kuha tanan memory, ako sad gi kuha ang HSF sa procie ako sad gi ilisan ug 3x of PSU same problem etc....what do you think ang problem ani weird kaayo ako gi reset ang CMOS etc...wa japun all possible test wala jud.

Unsa mani nga problema? kinsa nakasugat ani? please advice me Maka conclude naba ko nga ang MOBO ang defective? or the Processor ba?

AMD Sempron socket 754 2800+
2 X 512 GB DDR400 Kingston
40GB Seagate IDE
2 X Optical drives CDRW/CDROM
400W Generic PSU
2 X 80mm auxiliary fans

I have the same problem with my pc karon, same scenario, ask kuno kung unsa ang nahitabo before na guba, possible guba ang board,

nag search ko sa net then akong conclusion sa akong board kay na fry, tungod sa sudden power surge so karon nag upgrade nalang ko if ever naa ka spare board try kuno hope this helps

Tan-aw nako bro naguba ang power sequencer sa motherboard. Kung maka ang detect sensor sa irregularity sa startup voltage (Vcore, +1.5V, +3.3, +5, +12) usually ang instruction sa firmware kay to reset the processor and the whole system (on-off sa CPU fan) or stop ang whole system to prevent further damage sa microprocessor.

Thanks sa input bro pero ang mobo kay even gamay nga burn or tatsa wala jud as in very clean jud wala may nangasunog etc.. my bro told me nga naka shutdown pa jud cya ato kay nag brownout man sad and his using UPS also. Then pagka ugma mo gamit unta cya wa naman mo boot...unsa kaha na sa?

If branded ang PSU lisod jud masudlan ug sudden power surge or bad electricity? Unsaon man pag ayo sa board ma ayo pa ba na? pls help...thanks

After using the PC I should unplug the main cord (AVR) .. for sure.

When using UPS its not necessary to unplug it to the outlet or from the power source coz u have to charge it always.

or ur cpu is having an early retirement.

If you have an internal modem - and the telephone wire is connected to that modem - that might have fried your modem or straight to the mobo.
