asa man naliwat sa silingan? such a bad thing to say which will result to low self-esteem...parents should encourage their children instead of throwing harsh words to them.

Kidding aside, I don't think parents should even say stuff like this. I will feel insulted siguro if I hear these words from my own mother. I never had and never will though. My mother is as cool as ice.
