rastafarian. eat vegetables lang no rice.
before imo 82kg. now im 65kg.
just now nag gym nako just shape up.
consult a doctor...ask pila dapat imo ilost...then devide it kung pila ka days,weeks or months imo target..ayaw pud nang week woi..mayabag man pud ka ana...or know ur equivalent intake nga calories..take the half of it...mada ra..i tried this one...plus self decipline....
