i know, you are not trying to convert people here. in a sense, you are right on the above. but the real culprit here is the media. if only people would find time understanding another man's religion i.e muslims understanding christian ways, christians understanding ways of islam, etc. by then we maybe have peace between religions.
my word of advice my friend, continue shedding light regarding Islam. close your eyes on the negative feddbacks you may get. while doing that, don't do comparatives between islam and christianity. leave it up to the reader to comment. just continue posting relevant issues that you think might tell people to take a second look on islam.
cheers!
taw anan nman au ka bro rinnnie, u just made yourself look like a fool. Anger/hatred doesnt solve anything. Kung di ka ganahan sa Islam then act like a gentlemen dili ka manaway. If ur willing to sacrifice ur soul to save 2 or more people, acting this way seems like you havent got one to sacrifice to. Seems like the devil already got itChristians doesnt behave the way ur behaving right now. daot2x lang ka sa christiano ana. Remember Pope john paul 2nd, he even connects to the muslim countries and reaches to them.
nice thead keep this up...

There is no concept of Original and Inherited sin in Islam
Islam teaches that Adam and Eve were both forgiven by Allah. The sin they had committed was never passed down to humankind.
Every human being was given Freewill by Allah(Subahan wa ta ala),the choice is ours to make. Engraved in our soul are tendencies: to do good deeds or to violate our inborn moral barometer.
This moral barometer is a divine provision which we carry throughout our life here on earth. Violations done against it can lead one to a darker region of one's soul. Freewill plays an essential role, thats why in islam, Knowledge of the Quran and Hadiths is imperative, for this will serve as our source for guidance. Knowledge drawn from these scared books will give us wisdom so we can avoid the pitfalls laid before us.
Some questions...
kung dili mo motoo sa inherited sin, does it mean nga dili mo makakasala(sinners)?
answer: In Islam walay makakasala(sinner) but makasala ang mga muslim. Ang word nga sinner would mean as "state of sinfulness", we dont have that in Islam. Nobody is born a sinner.
Kung makasala mo so puede mo tawagun nga makakasala, kay makasala man kaha mo?
answer...well if by it you mean,we have the capacity to sin then yes we can be called as sinner BUT if it means inherited sin or state of sinfulness derived from the understanding that "all are born sinners" then i would say NO. Nowadays the word Sinner connotes the idea of inherited sin so we rather not use the word makakasala or sinner to avoid confusion of terms. The words disobedience or faithfulness are rather use to mean violation of the commands of Allah or obedience to HIS words.
