Clarification of allowed Signature for Paying Members

Hi,

Rule 13 states that:

13. Signatures should be limited to a reasonable size, should not contain excessive animations, does not contain advertising, should not have a URL to other sites other than those within the network of iSTORYA.NET, and should not violate any of the Rules and Regulations of this message board. Signatures have been disabled due to abuse.

If I paid for Premium Membership, can I have a signature that links to a post in Istorya.net's Website section?

I saw somebody doing this now.
