^^mao ni nakanindot sa callcenters, ang unknowns..macurious and maglibog nalang ang mga agents if mubalhin ba or dili..ang uban mo-take risk and mosucceed, mga managers na karon. ang uban pud magmahay kay nganong nibalhin..For me, the best callcenters na naa dri sa cebu in terms of salary, benefits ug bonus: CONVERGYS and ETELECARE. dont ask how much nalang kay confidential nang butanga. ara nalng mo apply or kani inyong siguraduha kay nindot ni na callcenters. no exaggerations.

hi!! ill just give a comment about wipro... actually i already started my training here... yup new lang ang wipro dri sa cebu..its an indian company but it handle UK clients... so most of the account are british company.. actually ive just started my training here, and guess wat? im with wave 1!.. hehehe actual operation will start this dec. 1... ^^ right now were still practicing british accent.. hihih...

well if ur asking about the salary, it will depend upon the qualifications of an applicant... most of the employees here were from cvg, etel, ps etc.... they need experienced once for the first batch but some dont have experience as well... basic salary ranges from 16-18k for those who have experience but i dont know for entry level...

for part-timers, they dont have schedules yet... but better apply now so that ull be prioritized once there's a schedule already...

well dont expect too much from the company, coz we all know that its new.... yah im from etel b4, all i have is a good memory with them... as for wipro, im still goin to observe whatll happen.. but for the past 2 weeks, i had a great time workin with the trainer and agents from diff companies b4...
