I traded my FULLY FUNCTIONAL, COMPLETE SET and FULL WARRANTIED SE W200i with this here unit, thinking and believe that what the seller here posted was TRUE, that the unit was FREE OF DEFECT AND DAMAGES (internal hardware and external aesthetics), as the seller even supplemented on her persistent sms for the trade to consummate. She even GUARANTEED that the unit she was selling was SUPER KINIS (whatever that means..) and was ABSOLUTELY DAMAGE FREE..

When we made the trade, its true that it looks brandnew. But i only realized then when i used the phone and starting to make a phone-call with it that i reliazed that it was jackshit BROKEN!!

I did the trade in GOOD FAITH to the seller that the unit she was selling / trading was like what she said.

Now in realization that i was TRICKED and SCAMMED, i sent her numerous sms's asking for an explanation why, but most importantly a REPLACEMENT UNIT.

All she replied was bloody LAME REASONS and shitload of EXCUSES!! She said she didnt know the unit was broken cause SHE NEVER USED IT?!? BLOODY HELL!! Then WTF did she state that she has been using the unit for a month and even gave a guarantee that the item was ABSOLUTELY DAMAGE FREE??



TO THE SELLER:
This is your obligation to replace this unit, you gave ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE FOR IT THAT THIS WAS DAMAGE FREE!! Its your responsibility to know what THE ACTUAL CONDITION of the item your selling / peddling!! If you say its in good condition, the mean it!! If its not, then state it properly in your post!!

Now that i have told you the facts of your unit, all you can say is "YOU DONT HAVE THE SLIGHTEST IDEA THAT THIS IS BLOODY BROKE CAUSE YOU NEVER TRIED USING THIS?!?! WTF!! YOU USED THIS FOR A MONTH (as you stated in your post) AND YOU NEVER KNEW IT WAS BROKEN?! OR WAS IT JUST YOUR INTENTION NOT TO INFORM YOUR PROSPECTS ABOUT IT?!? GAINING A BIT OF CASH FOR OTHER's MISFORTUNES?!?!

Mod, ani ni xa..i dont know about the calls ani nga fon coz txt rjud ako gmiton ani..bought this sa usa rpud ka istoryan last oct.26 so wala pajud ni nag month nko..was not able to detect nga guba diay iya mic piece sa fon..wala ko nka try ug gmit calls ani.. all he wants me to do is replace, alkansi nko so i told him nga swap nlng mi ug balik..how come iya ni gpost sa akong thread? im not that bad or what. If i knew about it earlier, di ko mkigtrade or di nko ni e.sell..gabaan ta ana!buntis rba tawn ko..

Willing ko mkig swap blik nya coz iya fon pud busted ang memory card di mo read..and nanghambog pjud xa nga this feb pani mag.1year but then last month nag.1year..
