but u know what looks really matters when u try to apply for job the interviewer really looks at ur physical apperance!!!!one of the factors jud na cya!!!!

Its a different thing. We are talking here about partners not about business. Business look matter becuase it caters to the superficial taste of the customer.

depende sa business applayan bro,.if sa hotel and restaurant,.mangapply,.looks jud siguro,.,.pero if like semiconductor business such as reverse engineering and repair processes,.ahw dili madala ang looks ani oi,.dili madala magpa cute2x aning mga trabahoa,. ang ginahanglan ang technical expertise sa usa ka tawo,...pero mas nidot sad naay looks,then,technical oriented pa jud nga pagka-tawo,..hehe,..
