What I would want is would be a leader who can instill discipline in the Filipino society. A no nonsense who has a track record who can deliver the goods and not on ''mouth power". And of course not a trapo. I prefer the likes of Bayani Fernando. He may not be popular but we are in this mess now because, we, voters have always the penchant of selecting leaders who are over exposed.
