Seriously I feel it is debatable ethically, but at times it also depends on rules where u post. If a certain forum says not to condone with piracy then I guess we can respect that, if someone wants to sell his or her old PC Oem games then its up to buyer if they want to get it or not, if resold on a personal basis and used by buyer at home personally I dont think there is a clause on package saying not to do it (correct me I want to know). The way I understand topic is addressing people who do not condone but use latter. It seems its more people oriented than the act of selling. Then again that my 2 cents
