@Domestic_Helper_finder: Ayo-ayo sa imong paglakaw 'day, wa man ko masuko nimo oi, nalingaw man gani ko.

@BisdaY: Giunsa gud nimo paghunahuna nga naka ingon ka tambok ko nga dili baya. Fit and slim kaayo ko dodong basin unya mabayot ka kita kas akoa. LOL

Kapila ko na ba gisulti dire nga nakasulay na lagi ko diha anang whitewater rafting sa CDO, first time nako suway sab ug rafting sa rapids kunohay. See?

Bai,next time mag himo ka gani ug script, i proof read sab unya kato ako waterbed, tua man Cebu talagsa ra kaayo to mahigdaan kay malipong pud ko usahay maghigda ato kun naay kauban.

    KAGAYANON PRODUCTS

    DELICACY
Cagayan de Oro is famous for its hams (Jamon de Cagayan). Local ham makers like Slers Ham, Pines Ham (TGO Foods) and Oro Ham are the best in the city. Slers has a stall along Robinson Mall entrance and Limketkai Mall-East Concourse. You can also visit the Slers Pasalubong Center in Gaisano City and along A. Velez Street (across Fatima Church). Oroham has a stall at the Limketkai Mall-South Concourse and A. Velez Street. Pines Ham has an outlet along Corrales Street and Montalvan Street (main branch).

Fruits are abundant depending on the season and are cheap. These are available at Divisoria Fruitstand (across Rizal Park) and Urgena Fruits in Limketkai Mall - South Concourse Entrance. Pineapples are abundant in Puerto Public Market, which is a kilometer away from the Del Monte Pineapple Cannery and around 15 kilometers from the city center. Contrary to popular belief, pineapples are not native to Cagayan de Oro or Misamis Oriental Province. The Del Monte pineapple plantation is located in Bukidnon Province (south of Cagayan de Oro).

There are several Cagayan de Oro delicacies being sold in shopping centers like SM City and Urgena Fruits in Limketkai Mall. The popular ones are Fely’s Homemade Cheese sticks and Fely's Homemade assorted flavored peanuts. Chicharon (pork rind) made by Slers is fast becoming a popular snack. Cashew nuts from Lumbia is also gaining popularity. Last but not the least is J and A Turrones de Mani. It is made of carmelized sugar, crushed peanuts, coated with honey and wrapped in wafer. These are sold in Urgena Fruits, Limketkai Mall (South Concourse Entrance) and the Fruit Stand in Divisoria. Delicacies from nearby provinces are also sold in Cagayan de Oro such as the Camiguin Pastel from Camiguin Province, Cheding peanuts of Iligan City and other products of Monastery Farms of Bukidnon Province (Monks Blend Coffee and Piniato).

    SOUVENIRS
For products exclusively made in Cagayan de Oro, visit the Cagayan de Oro Tourism Showhouse (formerly the Tourism Center) in Plaza Divisoria, Bonifacio Park. The Golden Pasalubong and Organic Wellness Center is a good place to find Mindanao handicraft and organic products. It is located along A. Velez corner San Agustin Street (across Maxi Restaurant). You can also try visiting Southern Philippines Handicrafts (SouPhils) which sells handicrafts from all over the Philippines. Their main shop is located along JR Borja corner Tiano Street. They also have branches in SM City Mall, Limketkai Mall and at Yacapin Street (Bohol Trading) near Cogon Market.

Bulua district is popular for clay pots and figurines, most of which are sold along the main road. Keramos Pottery located along Zone 8, Barangay Bulua utilizes German technology in pottery making. Their products reach as far as Manila, Cebu and Davao. They have displays in SM City Department Store, Oro Earthen Furniture - SM City, Limketkai Mall and the Tourism Showhouse.

Lumad Pilipino Souvenirs (Lumad) sells quality Cagayan de Oro souvenirs such as T-shirts, keychains and other trinkets. They also accept customized T-shirt printing. They are located in Robinsons Mall (boutique) and SM City (stall).

    OTHERS
Ready made Barong Tagalog are available in shopping centers. Check out Compliments boutique in SM City and along Corrales Street. If you want a tailored fit, you can visit the After Six Tailoring shop along Mortola Street adjacent to Ororama SuperCenter.
Illegal by Philippine and International laws, selling pirated vcd's and dvd's is a big business. These are sold at Public Markets and even the downtown area. Check the cd before purchasing it. Pirated cd's does not have the same quality with the original cd. CD-R King in Limketkai Mall and SM City Mall offers an array of cheap blank cd's (cd/dvd) and computer accessories.

If you’re into cellular phone and accessories, visit Graphic All-in Store (Graphic). It is the biggest cellular shop in the city and sells genuine phone units. They have branches in all major shopping centers. Second Hand cellular phones are popularly sold in stalls within Ororama Superstore-Cogon, Ororama Megacenter and in Gaisano Mall by Muslim traders. However one must be cautious as some are selling fake and defective phone units.
